I am an IT professional with business analysis, project management and web development skills and experienced in both public and private sector.

Experienced in requirements capture techniques and delivering requirements specifications for a range of solutions. I am a qualified Prince2 practitioner and experienced in public sector procurement, tendering and supplier management – I have delivered a variety of projects including system developments, e-learning content development and consistently deliver to time, quality and budget constraints.

I have a background in web development in both client- and server-side development and experience of designing systems from scratch or integration with off the shelf components. Underpinning this I have a thorough understanding of web standards and accessibility guidelines.

Further skills include a detailed knowledge and experience in developing SCORM compliant e-learning content, configuring and managing learning management systems and a thorough understanding of the social networking market and systems.
