OSX Address Book batch editing

So I found a way to get my Outlook contacts from Windows into Mac Address Book, but some of the names had first/last mixed up.
At first I thought this was easily solved using the built in “Swap First/Last Name’ function until I worked out this was a display thing only!

I found an AppleScript that swapped this data around, so starting to get a feel for this I wanted to change some of the names from upper case to Title Case.

Couldn’t work out how to get Automator to do this so I bastardised Doug’s iTunes script to edit Address Book names.

Seems to work nicely!
