After being off-line for a few weeks I finally got round to recovering my domain names and finding a new host.
My web host www.xtreme-host.com disappeared off the planet overnight, which is a shame as I’d had no issues with them and the tech support had been great. So I followed instructions to recover my domains.
Then I found a great deal from Hosting A-Z – about £15 for a year, inclusive of ColdFusion 7, MySQL and PHP5.
OK so its a bit tedious setting everything up again, but its fairly smooth apart from an extra security restriction blocking my blog software, but this has been resolved.
So far the new host and support has been great, so fingers crossed this is the last move for a while…
